Meet Our Coaches

No, you’re not seeing double.
But you are seeing twice the experience, and twice the skills, leading the Tri-State Bandits training and professional development.
Meet Jacob Rodriguez and Jordan Rodriguez.

Jacob Rodriguez

Welcome to the Tri-State Bandits Training & Development, my name is Jacob Rodriguez.

Throughout my years of playing baseball, I have amassed a great deal of experience on and off the field. I played college baseball at Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake, New York, and Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire. I was an all-conference second-team player and an all-academic player as well. I’m also the single-season earned run average king at Sullivan where I posted at 0.93 ERA. I also played a year of professional baseball for the Salina Stockade an Independent professional team in 2019-2020.

During my baseball career, I have found success with a combination of hard work, faith, discipline, and dedication to the game. I strive to build up my players to be the best version of themselves on and off the baseball diamond. I welcome you to our program, let’s get started!

Jordan Rodriguez

Hello, my name is Jordan Rodriguez, coach at Tri-State Bandits Baseball Training & Development.

Over the course of my playing career I achieved a great many things on, and off, the field – from playing all-stars in little league, to playing college baseball, and a brief professional career, too.

And along the way I achieved my academic goals graduating with a bachelor degree in Sports Management/Business Administration.

My passion for the game of baseball is unmatched, and I look forward to bringing that enthusiasm to each of our players through concentrated training and the development of your baseball skills. Welcome, I look forward to meeting you.
